The artist I selected for this week is Susan Worsham. I believe the artist has a great eye for making her
viewers gaze at her work in awe. I can also tell that she utilizes natural lighting extremely well. In the
top photo you can very well see confidence, nervousness, and fear all wrapped up into one big
facial expression. The young Marine also looks as if he is quite uncertain about his decision to serve
his country. He does not look too certain about being photographed either. The second photo makes me
wonder what was it really like to visit this drive-in when it was in it's prime. I can vividly image people
having a great time when new movies were released. I can see teenagers coming here during the
long summer nights to be in each other's company. That fact still remains that drive in are a thing of the
past, and I really enjoyed this artist work.
