Harry Johnson Jr, 4/14/2013, Artist Post

http://www.fullframeimages.comhttp://www.fullframeimages.com

The artist I chose for my artist post is  Robert M. Johnson. Robert  is a Massachusetts based street

photographer that is well known for his work throughout the 1970's. He is a self taught artist who

is considered to have an attractive visual style, and sharp eye for capturing people. He always

presents his work full frame, and never crops. Robert's main concentration was his hometown of

Worcester M.A. He also Photographed Parts of California, and various other road trips he made.

I liked the first image I selected because it seems like an oxymoron. What bank would actually

want to give something back?, Yet not only where they giving back, they were utilizing marketing

through gratuity .People only accepted it because they had to wait for a bus. The second image

captured my attention  because the man looks like he is just letting life pass on by, yet he has not a care

in the world.I also like the shallow depth of field.
