I'm not sure if anyone has posted about her yet but I found her a couple weeks ago and fell in love with her style of work. All of the pictures I selected to share were from her website under the photo collection, I found you in the dark. I think that the words on her website for this collection may have inspired me just as much as her photos. Usually photographers are showing you a sort of fantasy.. or at least that's how I see it.. but her style to me is just honest. She shows the world exactly how it is for its own beauty not a beauty she amplified and created. I think that honesty is one of the most important values a person can have and that's what makes her work so attractive to me. I admire the lighting angles she used in her photos, its not direct light but kind of soft soothing light that dances across the picture and really draws me into the scene. In these pictures she used natural light (I'm assuming that it's the sun from what I can tell) and earthy scenery that all have a path that makes your eyes travel through the picture.
