Gary Braasch is a well-known photographer of conservation efforts, landscapes and different cultures. He has received many awards over the years for his efforts to show how our world is changing because of global warming and with the movement of people. I think he puts a lot of time and consideration into his pictures. He spends days and weeks in different areas trying to capture the essence of the landscape and the people and the changes in nature. He has obviously developed patience and an idea of what he wants to show. I admire his work because it is purposeful and beautiful.
