Alex Clark, 2/18/13, Artist Post

Artist Chosen: Tony Howell
Images from: http://tonyhowell.co.uk/moonscape.jpghttp://tonyhowell.co.uk/new/8/6482.jpg, and http://tonyhowell.co.uk/new/8/6468.jpg

After quickly searching for photographers on Google, I stumbled upon Tony Howell.  I chose these images because they inspire me to take more close-up photography, as well as pictures of the sky.  The first picture is simply titled "Cloud."  The image is given this title because of the simplicity that is present throughout the picture.  It is only but one simple cloud in the midst of a blue sky.  The second picture is named "Dandelion Dew."  The image could possibly represent the beginnings of something such as life or a new day, since it shows the seeds of a Dandelion flower covered in dew.  The third picture is entitled "Moon and Clouds."  The photograph may symbolize that even though there is darkness in the present, there will always be a bright future to come afterwards.
