I chose Ye Rin Mok at first because I thought the name was interesting. Once I saw her work, I realized that she is a wonderful photographer. For example, the top picture is a young girl sitting on a rock. This piece actually relates to me in a huge way. When I was little, my family would push me away. I was always alone, most likely outside and looking out at the water. The girl has her own sense of style too, just like a lot of people who aren't understood. This picture connects to so many people my age. The second picture pulled me in by all the different subjects. This is exactly what my room looks like. Me being a film junkie and seeing all the lights and papers and books makes me want to always stay in my room. All of the colors just match so perfectly with each other. It makes me want to go into that room and see what that person is working on.
