For this weeks photos I stuck with showing Determination in fitness/sports. The controversy in this specific project is being active and losing weight. I took a lot of photos this week, way more than I usually do for the 250 photo requirement. I was honestly going to change my subject to something different, but I decided to stay with stick it out and try my best. I ended up being pretty satisfied with the photos I made and their relation to the subject I chose. I'm never one to give up, and feel strongly about being determined to finish something once I've made the decision to start it. Like my photos, Skyler is determined to lose some weight and get fit, so I am following his progress and helping him as much as I can along the way. I liked the assignment as far as following the same subject for multiple weeks, its a good way to tell a story through photos and really get attached to something you enjoy. I had a lot of fun with this assignment. Luckily he has a true passion for racquetball and it is a great way for him to stay active, I tried to capture some of the better moments of his games today while staying out of the way. In order to strive for something, you have to be determined that you can get it done.
